Estoniter OÜ (“Estoniter”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through estoniter.cc (the “Website”) and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2.1 Data you provide
- Contact enquiries: name, email address, company name, selected package and the message you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Client data: if you become a client — billing details, contact persons, project materials and communications needed to deliver the services.
2.2 Data collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and referring URL, collected via server logs and — only with your consent — analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

4. How long we keep your data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months after our last contact.
- Client and contract data: for the duration of the relationship and thereafter as required by Estonian accounting law (generally 7 years).
- Analytics data: as described in the Cookie Policy, in aggregated form.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract, such as:
- Email and productivity providers (for communication and document storage);
- Web hosting and content delivery providers (for operating the Website);
- Accounting and invoicing software providers;
- Analytics providers (only with your consent).
Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased, where there is no overriding legal reason to retain it;
- restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Estonia this is the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), www.aki.ee.

7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable service providers.
8. Children
The Website and our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, with the “Last updated” date indicated at the top.
